The Judiciary is the third branch of Government. As per Article VI of the State Constitution, its ultimate authority rests with the Chief Justice and the Supreme Court of Mayflower. The Supreme Court is the highest court, and possesses both original and appellate jurisdiction; it also acts as the highest court of appeal and protectors of the Constitution.

Court's Schedule

On certain cases, the Court schedules oral arguments for justices to hear both sides and inquire further to the legal arguments proposed. This does not happen to all cases but mostly to the significant ones that require additional insight.
